Calm Mind Method™

Calm Mind Method™ is a 16-week program that helps you calm the mind, regulate your nervous system, and live in alignment with your values. Rooted in both modern science—positive psychology and behavioral design—and ancient mindfulness practices—Zazen and Vipassana Meditation—this approach is an antidote for the mindless and disconnected world that we've built. You'll learn simple, sustainable tools to shift out of reactivity, reconnect with your body, and make choices that reflect your values in daily life.
 

This program is accessible to all experience levels and designed to meet you where you are. Each week offers a clear focus, practical exercises, and reflections you can integrate into your daily life at a pace that feels right for you. While there is a self-paced option, you don't have to go through the program alone. You can begin with an in-person workshop or have continuing individual coaching sessions to help you reflect on what’s working and support the development of gentle, effective strategies for moving through any barriers that arise. Whatever path you choose, you’ll build a steady foundation of self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.

Program Timeline

Module 1: Weeks 1-4

Awareness

The first step of the Calm Mind Method™ program is awareness—learning to recognize your thoughts, emotions, and habits as they arise. Over the first four weeks, you’ll meet weekly with your coach, begin a simple meditation practice, and explore daily exercises to gently interrupt distraction and build presence.

Module 2: Weeks 5-8

Focus

The second step of the Calm Mind Method™ program is focus—training your attention to stay steady even in the midst of stress or distraction. During these four weeks, you’ll continue meeting weekly with your coach, deepen your meditation practice, and work with practical exercises to help you notice, name, and stay with what matters most.

Module 3: Weeks 9-12

Compassion

The third step of the Calm Mind Method™ program is compassion—learning to meet yourself with kindness instead of criticism, especially when things get hard. You’ll continue meeting weekly with your coach, practice heart-centered exercises, and expand your meditation to include self-compassion and emotional resilience.

Module 4: Weeks 13-16

Regulation

The fourth step of the Calm Mind Method™ program is regulation—building the capacity to pause before reacting, so you can respond with intention. In these final four weeks, you’ll meet weekly with your coach, strengthen your meditation practice, practice tools that help you interrupt old patterns in real time, and celebrate how far you’ve come.
