Calm Mind

The Calm Mind program is available in three flexible formats to fit your needs: self-paced, 1:1 coaching, or group-based. Whether you prefer to move at your own rhythm, receive personalized guidance, or grow alongside others, each option offers meaningful support on your journey. No matter the path you choose, you’ll be building the foundation for a calmer mind and a more mindful, grounded life.

Open Heart

The Open Heart Breathwork program is offered in three formats to meet you where you are: self-paced, 1:1 coaching, or in a supportive group setting. Whether you prefer the space to explore on your own, the focused attention of a coach, or the shared energy of a group, each path is designed to help you reconnect with your breath and your life. However you choose to engage, you’ll be supported in cultivating openness, safety, and deeper connection every step of the way.

Self-Paced

The self-paced online programs provides a comprehensive toolkit—including videos, audio files, documents, and fillable PDFs—to support the development of lasting mindfulness and breathwork habits. Designed for flexibility, it allows you to explore practices at your own pace while building skills that foster calm, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Workshop Series

The 16-week workshop programs includes six interactive workshops, a comprehensive workbook, and a supportive learning environment. Combining lecture, collaborative learning, and experiential practices, it provides a structured yet engaging path to develop mindfulness, breathwork, and executive functioning skills.

Coaching

The 1:1 coaching approach combines the complete self-paced online program with personalized weekly check-ins to support your growth. Together with your coach, you’ll identify barriers, develop strategies, and build sustainable mindfulness, breathwork, and executive functioning practices aligned with your values.
