Open Heart Breathing Method™

The Open Heart Breathwork program is offered in three formats to meet you where you are: self-paced, in a supportive group setting, or personalized coaching. Whether you prefer the space to explore on your own, the focused attention of a coach, or the shared energy of a group, each path is designed to help you reconnect with your breath and your life. However you choose to engage, you’ll be supported in cultivating openness, safety, and deeper connection every step of the way.
