Workshops 2026

Spring and Fall are the perfect seasons to cultivate calm, presence, and connection, and we’re thrilled to invite you to join either of our workshop series: Calm Mind or Open Heart Breathwork. Our Calm Mind workshop series focuses on the skills related to mindfulness. Our Open Heart Breathwork workshop series focuses on developing the strength to live with an open heart through the practice of breathwork. Each 16-week, 6 session workshop series blends modern science with ancient wisdomThrough different approaches, each workshop session provides practical tools to calm the nervous system, foster resilience, and align daily choices with your values, all within a supportive and interactive space. Whether you’re new to these practices or deepening your experience, the series offers an inspiring opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and heart, cultivate emotional wellness, and bring clarity and balance into daily life.
