Open Heart Breathwork

Open Heart Breathwork is a 16-week journey designed to help you create a felt sense of safety in your body, gently regulate your nervous system, and open more fully to connection—with yourself, with others, and with life. Rooted in modern science—like polyvagal theory and trauma-informed somatic practices—and supported by ancient breath traditions, this program invites you to use the breath as a tool for grounding, softening, and becoming more present in daily life.

 

Each week offers simple, embodied practices that help you shift out of protective patterns and into a state of openness, trust, and connection. You’ll begin to recognize how your body responds to stress and learn practical tools to stay regulated, even in the midst of challenge. This isn’t about forcing change—it’s about slowly restoring your capacity to feel safe enough to connect, express, and receive.

 

You'll have the option to explore this through our self-paced program, workshop series, or to meet weekly with a dedicated coach who will support your process with compassion and care—helping you track what’s working, integrate what arises, and create sustainable pathways forward. Whether you're recovering from chronic stress, longing for more intimacy, or simply ready to feel more alive and at ease, the Open Heart Breathwork program offers a steady, embodied path toward deeper connection and belonging.

Program Timeline

Module 1: Week 1-4

Align

The first step of the Open Heart Breathwork™ program is align—learning how to support your body so it can breathe freely and fully. Over the first four weeks, you’ll meet weekly with your coach and explore daily exercises designed to gently adjust your posture, release tension, and create space for breath to move with ease. This isn’t just about how you breathe during practice—it’s about reconditioning your body to allow breath to flow naturally throughout your day, supporting a felt sense of safety, openness, and presence in every moment you're alive.

Module 2: Week 5-8

Condition

The second step of the Open Heart Breathwork™ program is condition—strengthening the muscles and patterns that support healthy, sustained breathing. Over the next four weeks, you’ll work on engaging both primary and accessory breathing muscles while training your posture to support a neutral spine with ease and endurance. You’ll meet weekly with your coach and receive new daily practices that build on your alignment foundation, helping you develop stability, resilience, and greater breath capacity throughout your day.

Module 3: Weeks 9-12

Expand

The third step of the Open Heart Breathwork™ program is expand—expanding your lung capacity and breath volume through targeted pranayama and asana sequences. With a stable foundation in alignment and strength, your body is now ready to open more fully, inviting deeper, more spacious breaths. You’ll continue meeting weekly with your coach and receive new daily practices designed to gently stretch the lungs, release stored tension, and support greater openness in both body and mind.

Module 4: Weeks 13-16

Unify

The fourth and final step of the Open Heart™ program is unify—bringing everything you’ve cultivated into your everyday life. With a strong, steady breath as your anchor, you’ll deepen your capacity for stillness, regulate more easily in real time, and meet daily experiences with greater courage, compassion, and connection. You’ll continue meeting weekly with your coach and receive daily practices that support lasting transformation—helping you embody the openness, presence, and safety you’ve been building from the inside out.

Self-Paced
